Rathfinny 2018 Rosé is our expressive Sussex Sparkling, with a red-fruit style that beautifully showcases the increased presence of Pinot Noir within the blend. 2018 Classic Cuvée represents ‘Rathfinny in a glass’ as it combines the three main grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay) we grow on our Sussex Vineyard. This sparkling is the perfect introduction to the Rathfinny Traditional Method sparkling wine style. This box includes:

Aged for 36 months in the bottle, our 2017 Blanc de Blancs is a delicate Chardonnay, made with precision and a restrained sugar content of just 4g/l due to moderate acidity of the fruits. Wine magazine, Decanter, described this vintage as “Rich and mouthfilling, with fresh acidity and a lick of salinity. Pair it with salmon, seafood, or even cheese soufflé.” This sparkling is perfect for those who enjoy a refined and elegant style.
